At the heart of our gin distillery are two custom-built stills: a 330L pot still named "Thelma" and a test still called "Joan". Both stills are named in honour of our grandmothers, who lived into their 90s and possessed a keen palate for fine liquor.

These stills help us craft exceptional gin varieties that embody our commitment to quality and tradition.
